Intent

To create confident coders that feel fulfilled when designing, developing, and evaluating their work; with an enjoyment of programming, an appreciation of computer systems in their everyday lives and future career aspirations, and a deep knowledges of how computer systems operate.

We also intend for students to:

• Be able to read and improve their literacy skills
• Be able to write thoughtful responses to computing issues and future developments
• To be confident in their use of a computer
• To take risks and challenge themselves within computing
• Empower students to communicate clearly their computing skills
