At John Madejski Academy, our dedicated staff, in partnership with the Greenshaw Learning Trust, are fully committed to helping every student achieve their full potential — both now and in the future. We hold high expectations for our students because we believe they deserve every opportunity to excel academically and grow personally. We follow our key mantra of 'work hard and be kind' to underpin all interactions and choices we make.

Our classrooms are entirely disruption-free, creating an environment where teachers can teach, and students learn. Through initiatives such as our tutor reading programme, Champions Hour, developmental drop-ins, and a rich array of extra-curricular activities, we provide students with the tools and experiences they need to become resilient, well-rounded learners and confident individuals.
